You retain ownership of the quizzes, questions, and content you create. By marking a quiz "Public," you allow other users to view and host copies of that quiz on Quizkly. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate these Terms or applicable law.
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Quizkly may display advertisements, including through third-party providers such as Google AdSense, to support the free service. See our Privacy Policy for details on advertising and cookies.
Quizkly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quizkly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
You may stop using Quizkly and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Quizkly after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
